League Setup (season-level, touched rarely):

Pick 1-2 conferences under Automatic Schedule & Live Scores and the full season populates itself — no manual game entry needed. Turning on "Auto-refresh live scores" broadcasts scores to every player automatically.
Units & Payouts sets the weekly/season buy-in. Lock Buy-Ins freezes both for the rest of the season — only a global admin can undo that, so use it once the league's settled on stakes.
Settle Week / Settle Season preview the payout first, then a second click confirms it — nothing settles automatically, so it's safe to preview any time.

Weekly Management (touched every week):

The current week normally advances on its own once every game in it is final. Make this the current week only shows up as a manual override for leagues not on the automatic schedule.
Add Game is for leagues not using the automatic schedule, or a one-off game the auto sync missed.
Manual Sync is a fallback — pulls scores/spreads on demand. Not needed if Automatic Schedule & Live Scores is already set up.
Update Scores lets you correct a score or spread by hand at any time, even after the line has locked for the week (see the Rules page for how line-locking works).

Automatic Schedule & Live Scores

Set conferences to have the full regular-season schedule for the current (or next upcoming) season populate automatically in the background — including games without a kickoff time yet, which fill in once announced. Once set up, checking "Auto-refresh live scores" below broadcasts scores to every player automatically, with no browser tab needing to stay open.

Units & Payouts

Not real money — a units system. Every current league member is automatically entered in that week's pot. Ties for the win split the pot evenly. Each week settles automatically once every one of its games is final — no action needed. The Preview/Confirm buttons below still work as a manual override (e.g. to force a settlement early) and won't touch a week that's already settled. The season pot stays manual — settle it yourself once, at season's end.

Update Scores — Week 1

Manual Sync is the original one-click way to pull scores — hit Sync Now any time to update scores on games already on your slate and add any new games from that conference for the week, spread pre-filled. This is separate from the "Automatic Schedule & Live Scores" card on the League Setup tab, which populates and refreshes the whole season on its own — manual sync is here as a fallback if you'd rather trigger it yourself, or before automatic schedule population is set up.
